Cornelius Hoss

Cornelius Hoss is a seasoned professional in community planning and development with extensive experience in various management and planning roles. Currently serving as the Community Planning and Development Program Manager at Berkshire Regional Planning Commission since December 2022, Cornelius previously held the position of City Planner for the City of Pittsfield from August 2011 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing planning functions and providing support to multiple municipal committees. Prior experience includes a Senior Planner role at VHB/Saccardi & Schiff, Inc., focusing on zoning, land use analyses, and environmental review for a diverse range of projects, as well as a brief tenure as a Housing Preservation Coordinator at Creekside CDC.
