Courteny Morehouse

Courteny Morehouse is an accomplished environmental planner, currently serving as the Principal Environmental Planner at Berkshire Regional Planning Commission since March 2021, focusing on climate change challenges and the restoration of local rivers and landscapes. Previous experience includes managing conservation projects at Housatonic Valley Association, where Courteny oversaw the creation of an EPA Watershed Plan for the Still River watershed. Additional roles range from administrative and operational management in various organizations, including the Biomimicry Institute and Vital Systems, to hands-on experience in ecological restoration and sustainable landscaping. Courteny holds an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Presidio Graduate School and a BA in Biology from Mills College.
