Carolyn Burgess

Carolyn Burgess is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and credit assessment. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Credit Officer at Berkshire Residential Investments since March 2019, Carolyn has previously held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Senior Vice President at the same firm. Prior to this, Carolyn worked at Fannie Mae from May 2005 to March 2019 as Vice President and Multifamily Chief Risk Officer in Enterprise Risk Management, and as Director of Multifamily Mortgage Business. Carolyn's career began at Berkshire Mortgage Finance, where a Vice President position was held from 1995 to 2005. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia, earned in 1995.
