Peter Annunziata

Peter Annunziata is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and reporting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Accounting & Reporting at Berkshire Residential Investments since July 2014, Peter has held multiple senior roles within the company, including Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Berkshire Residential Investments, Peter was a Director at PwC from 2005 to July 2014, where responsibilities included managing assurance services for diverse financial services clients, overseeing complex audits for real estate funds, and conducting consulting projects related to acquisition due diligence and public offerings. Peter holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business.
