Jon Frey

Jon Frey has extensive experience in various leadership positions in the real estate investment industry. Jon started their career at Sapient, where they held several leadership roles and played a crucial role in the company's rapid growth. Jon then joined AEW Capital Management as a Vice President, focusing on real estate investment and raising capital from institutional investors. After that, they co-founded and served as Managing Principal at Baypoint Group, where they advised emerging managers on capital formation and joint venture structuring. Jon later joined The Davis Companies as a Managing Director, where they helped establish and grow their fund management business with over $1 billion of fund capital under management. Currently, Jon is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Berkshire.
