Susan Sheehan

Susan Sheehan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the AVP, Human Resources Business Partner at Berkshire since July 2020. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Director of Paralegals and Litigation Support at Goodwin Procter LLP from October 2007 to April 2020, where leadership was demonstrated by managing a team of over 80 paralegals and professional staff across ten offices, while also focusing on cost reduction and enhancing service quality. In the earlier part of Susan's career, significant experience included working as a paralegal and later as an associate at Todd & Weld LLP from February 1996 to September 2009, with a concentration on domestic relations litigation and financial analysis.
