Dennis de Laat

Dennis de Laat has extensive work experience in the real estate finance industry. Dennis started their career at SNS Property Finance in 2006, initially working as a Loan Officer for Projectfinance in the Netherlands. Dennis then advanced to become a Junior Account Manager for Real Estate Projectfinance and later an Account Manager for Real Estate Projectfinance. In 2011, Dennis joined FGH Bank N.V. (later known as Rabo Vastgoed Groep) as a Relationship Manager for Real Estate Finance and was later promoted to Senior Relationship Manager. In 2015, they moved on to Berlin Hyp AG, where they served as a Senior Account Manager for Real Estate Finance in the Benelux region. Dennis then became the Deputy Head of Real Estate Finance Benelux in January 2017.

Dennis de Laat pursued their education with utmost dedication and perseverance. Dennis began their educational journey at Tilburg University, where they enrolled in 1999 and completed their studies in 2006. During this time, they focused on the field of study known as Insolventierecht and obtained their LLM degree.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge, Dennis later embarked on another academic endeavor at the Duisenberg School of Finance. From 2010 to 2013, they dedicated himself to pursuing a MSc in Finance & Law, further expanding their expertise within the realm of finance and law.
