Adam Brown

Adam Brown has a diverse work experience in operations and management roles. Adam started their career at Ferguson Enterprises as an Inside Sales representative from October 2006 to July 2008. Adam then transitioned into the role of an Operations Manager at Ferguson Enterprises from July 2008 to October 2009.

In 2010, Adam joined Berlin Packaging as an Account Coordinator, responsible for sales support, purchasing, and customer service. Adam quickly made an impact and was awarded the "Rising Star" recognition for their performance. From April 2011 to February 2012, Adam served as an Operations Manager at one of Berlin Packaging's smaller distribution centers, overseeing a team of four employees.

Adam's next role at Berlin Packaging was as an Operations Manager at the company's largest distribution center. Adam managed a team of 20 employees and handled various responsibilities, including inventory management, gross margin improvement, and logistics. Adam excelled in this role from February 2012 to August 2016.

In August 2016, Adam was promoted to Director of Operations at Berlin Packaging, where they further enhanced their skillset and oversaw operations within the company. Adam continued to grow within the organization, becoming the Regional Director of Operations for the Northwest region in January 2017.

Currently, Adam holds the position of Director of Operations - North America at Berlin Packaging since October 2019. With their extensive experience in operations and management, they bring valuable expertise to their role.

Adam Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Doane University between 2002 and 2006. Adam also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2015 to 2016, with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Organizational Leadership and Change Management.
