Jane Chapman

Jane Chapman has over two decades of experience in healthcare management and clinical services redesign. Currently serving as Estates Programme Manager at both East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust and NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group since 2019, Jane has a strong background in improving clinical models and service delivery, demonstrated during tenure as Clinical Services Redesign Coordinator at Bermuda Hospitals Board. Previous roles include General Manager for Clinical Design & Quality at Newham University Hospital NHS Trust, Project Manager at St Mary's NHS Trust, and various nursing positions in Australia. Jane holds a Master’s Degree in Planning Buildings for Health from London South Bank University and multiple diplomas in management and nursing.
