Phil Watson, PE, HFDP, currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Director of Engineering Design at Bernhard since June 2013, overseeing the Architectural Engineering division in the Little Rock office with a team of 12 engineers and designers. Watson has extensive experience managing engineering design teams, production of mechanical construction documents, and notable projects in healthcare, public facilities, athletic facilities, and commercial kitchens. Previous roles include Mechanical Discipline Manager and Engineering Design Team Leader at the same company. Phil Watson began their career as a Mechanical Intern at Phillips + Bacon, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University, completed in 2013.
