Elena Pantazidou

Elena Pantazidou started their work experience as an Associate Consultant at Epimorfosis Consulting Ltd in January 2006 and worked there until June 2007. Elena then joined PeopleAchieve Ltd as a Human Capital Consultant in July 2007 and stayed until February 2010. Their most recent role was as the Group Director HR (Shore) at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement starting in March 2010. In this role, they worked on developing enterprise business strategies, workforce planning and programs, human resource function and performance evaluation, and reshaping the organizational design and rewards structure.

Elena Pantazidou is a professional with a strong educational background in psychology. Elena obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aristotle University between 1998 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University from 2004 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, Elena has also obtained certifications in occupational testing from The British Psychological Society, including the Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level A and Level B.
