Kit Pettit

Kit Pettit is a Partner at Bernstein-Burkley, P.C. since October 2010, managing the firm's Real Estate Practice and Oil, Gas & Energy practice, with a focus on transactional matters involving the acquisition, sale, and development of commercial real estate. Prior to this role, Kit served as General Counsel for Merit Contracting Inc., Westmoreland Waste, LLC, County Hauling Corp., and CWC Holdings, Inc. et al. from August 2002 to October 2010, providing comprehensive legal services to private businesses.
