Helena Lopez

Helena Lopez currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Bernstein Management Corporation since July 2020, having previously held the position of Senior Counsel. Prior experience includes Senior Legal Counsel at Federal Realty Investment Trust from September 2019 to May 2020, and several roles in commercial leasing at Shulman Rogers and Garson Claxton LLC from April 2012 to September 2019 and August 2009 to March 2012, respectively. Helena's career began as an Associate Attorney at Arent Fox in the Real Estate Department from September 2008 to March 2009. Helena holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law (2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan (2005).
