Anders Uppfeldt

Anders Uppfeldt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology consulting and engineering management. Currently serving as a co-founder of ACTON, a consulting company dedicated to creating sustainable careers for future engineers, and as a business leader at Berotec since March 2020, Anders has a proven track record in realizing engineers' entrepreneurial dreams. A consultant in business and project development at COZO AB since September 2019, Anders has led several key projects, including significant roles at Olink and Cytiva. Previous roles include Research and Development Manager at GE Healthcare, where responsibility encompassed a team of 60 engineers, and Regional Manager at Knightec AB, overseeing quality and management consulting with full P&L accountability. Anders holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Luleå University of Technology.
