Haley Smith

Haley Smith currently serves as the Chief Diversity, Belonging and Community Engagement Officer and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Berry College, where the Office of Diversity and Inclusion focuses on sustainable practices in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. In prior roles, Haley Smith directed various diversity initiatives, including the Gate of Opportunity Scholarship and LifeWorks Scholars Programs at The reThink Group, Inc., and held leadership positions related to rural strategy and community engagement at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. With extensive experience as a Minister and Worship Leader, combined with educational credentials including a Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership from Eastern Mennonite University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Shorter University, Haley Smith brings a diverse skill set to community and organizational leadership.
