Heshie Hall is an experienced leader in supply chain and continuous improvement, currently serving as Vice President of Lean Transformation at Berry Global, Inc. since October 2024. Prior roles include Supply Chain Senior Performance Leader at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities involved optimizing performance and training teams, and Vice President of Supply Chain Excellence at US Foods, focusing on waste reduction and process optimization across multiple sites. Heshie has also held senior positions at Medline Industries, Oshkosh Corporation, MasterBrand Cabinets, and Toyota Motor Corporation, where expertise in Lean methodologies and operational excellence was developed through various leadership roles. Heshie holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and has further education from Villanova University.
