Michael Clem

Michael Clem, CSP, currently serves as Plant Manager and EH&S Manager at Berry Global, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, Inc. as a Safety Specialist and Specialist in Safety, Fire, and Security from October 2012 to January 2020. Michael's experience also includes serving as a Fire Instructor at SafetySide Corporation and as a Firefighter/EMT at Liberty Township Fire Department, where responsibilities included medical response and firefighting. Additionally, Michael spent over 17 years at Honda of America Manufacturing, progressing from Production Staff to Fire Chief, overseeing a team of firefighters/EMTs and managing various safety and training initiatives. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and has received training from state fire programs and educational institutions.
