Ryan Schwarz

Ryan Schwarz currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Berry Companies, Inc., a position held since June 2022, following a role as Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Ryan dedicated nearly nine years to teaching as a Religion Teacher at Bishop Carroll Catholic High School, focusing on both content delivery and personal development of students. Additional experience includes serving as a Landscape Technician for the Catholic Life Center Landscape Crew, managing landscape projects, and working as an Abbey Ambassador at Belmont Abbey College, where outreach to prospective students was a key responsibility. Ryan's early career involved youth ministry as an intern at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, fostering leadership skills among high school students. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Newman University and a bachelor's degree in Theology and History from Belmont Abbey College.
