Alyssa Heine, CPC, ELI-MP has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Alyssa is currently the VP of Customer Success and a Leadership Coach at Bertec, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Global Senior Director of Knowledge Management/Learning & Development at the same company from February 2021 to April 2022. Alyssa also served as the Global Director of Learning & Development at Bertec from June 2019 to February 2021. In 2022, they joined Meg Wolf Coaching as an Executive Coach.

Before their time at Bertec and Meg Wolf Coaching, Alyssa gained valuable experience at WeWork, where they held the positions of Director of New Member Development - West and Director of Training & Development from February 2018 to June 2019. Prior to WeWork, they worked at Equinox as the Director of Sales Training and Development from April 2016 to February 2018. Alyssa's earlier roles at Equinox include Senior Manager of Sales Training and Development from February 2014 to February 2016, Regional Sales Manager from July 2011 to February 2014, and Membership Advisor from January 2010 to July 2011.

Alyssa's career began in 2007 at Investor's Business Daily, where they worked in sales until December 2010. Alyssa also gained experience in the film industry as an Associate Producer for an independent feature film from June 2008 to January 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Professional Actor in the entertainment industry from May 2003 to January 2010.

Alyssa Heine, CPC, ELI-MP has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended New York University and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a minor in Psychology in 2003. Alyssa also pursued additional education at the NYU School of Professional Studies, focusing on Adult Learning and Instructional Design. More recently, in 2019 to 2020, Alyssa attended iPEC Coaching to specialize in Executive, Leadership, and Career Coaching. In May 2021, they obtained the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching, followed by the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification in August 2020. Alyssa further enhanced their skills by becoming a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner in November 2021.
