Alex Endlein

Alex Endlein possesses extensive experience in the marine manufacturing and operations industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Bertram Yachts since May 2020. Previous roles include Director of Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement at EdgeWater Power Boats and Lean & CI Supervisor at Ocean Alexander. Alex founded Endlein Yacht Charters and worked as a Project Engineer at BMT Scientific Marine Services, Inc. Early career experience includes internships as a Lean Manufacturing Consultant at both GlaxoSmithKline and Rolls-Royce. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing, and Management from the University of Cambridge and a combined Bachelor's/Master's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from UCL.
