Jason Souza

Jason Souza is an experienced professional in the restaurant industry with a strong background in operations and training. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Field Training at Bertucci's since April 2009, Jason has honed leadership and operational skills. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Director of Operations at Vinny T's of Boston from March 2007 to March 2009, and earlier, Jason worked as a Joint Venture Partner at Panera Bread from March 2006 to March 2007.
