Richard Love

Richard Love has extensive work experience in executive search and recruitment. Richard started their career in 1997 at TMP as a Managing Consultant and worked there until 2002. In 2004, they joined Berwick Partners (formerly Odgers Select) as the Managing Director, where they were responsible for recruiting for Non-Executive and Executive positions. Richard also led teams across multiple industry sectors and corporate functions. Richard then moved to Odgers Berndtson in 2008, where they held the role of Regional Managing Partner. Richard also served as the Deputy Managing Director at Odgers Select from 2008 to 2009.

Richard Love attended Durham University from 1992 to 1995. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics & Sociology during their time at the university.
