Rossi Elias Escobar Carhuancho

Rossi Elias Escobar Carhuancho is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and production engineering. Currently serving as Jefe de proyecto at Besco Perú since June 2022, Rossi has previously held key positions at NOLT INGENIEROS SAC, CODECON INGENIERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN, and CONSORCIO BESCO BESALCO, focusing on activity scheduling and planning. With experience as a Supervisor de obra at Grupo Galeon and a significant tenure at VIVA GyM | Grupo Graña y Montero, Rossi has coordinated major construction projects and managed field operations.
