Margaret Williams is an experienced hotel management professional, currently serving as Hotel General Manager at Crerar Hotels and formerly the Isle Of Skye Groups Sales Manager at Bespoke Hotels since January 2017. Margaret's career began as a Junior Sous Chef at Windmills Hotel St Brelades in Jersey, Channel Islands, from March 1987 to November 1990. Margaret holds a degree from Glasgow College of Food & Technology, completed between 1982 and 1983, as well as a High School diploma from Holyrood Secondary School in Glasgow, obtained between 1977 and 1983.
