Lauren Padden

Raised in Silicon Valley, California, Lauren is a recent graduate from San Diego State University with a major in Business Marketing. During her time at San Diego State, Lauren was a member of various marketing clubs and committees, was an active member of her sorority, and enjoyed all San Diego has to offer by spending her time surfing, wakeboarding and hanging out by the beach. Prior to joining Bespoke, Lauren had various marketing internships before figuring out her passion for research in executive search.
