Carrie Morgan has gained extensive work experience in various industries. Carrie started their career as a Box Office Assistant and Front of House Staff at Samford University in 2011. Carrie then became an Acting Apprentice at Berkshire Theatre Festival in 2012. After that, they worked at Portland Playhouse as an Acting/Development Apprentice, Box Office Associate, and eventually as a Teaching Artist.

In 2015, Carrie worked at Starbucks as a Barista and later joined inDinero as a Business Development Analyst. Carrie then took a role as a Teaching Artist at Northwest Children's Theater & School in 2016.

Carrie's career then transitioned to the tech industry, where they attended Startup Institute and learned web design skills. Carrie had a role as a Web Design intern at Startup Institute and then joined Harry's, Inc. as a Customer Experience Associate.

In 2018, Carrie began working at Flamingo, where they started as a Social Customer Experience Associate. Carrie later became a Customer Experience Manager, where they oversaw the entire CX operation and drove improvement initiatives to optimize the customer experience.

Carrie's most recent role was at Bespoke Post, where they worked as a Product Manager, contributing to the shaping of the product roadmap and managing engineering processes.

Carrie Morgan attended Samford University from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Musical Theatre.
