Anish Gupta

Anish Gupta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Anish began their career at Dell in 2006, where they worked as a Technical Support Associate, resolving customer queries and researching product deficiencies. Anish later took on roles as a Senior Technical Support Associate, where they improved customer service and proposed recommendations for product improvements. Anish then progressed to become a Technical Support Expert, leading a team and initiating action plans for performance improvement, as well as an Advanced Resolution Expert. At Dell, they also held the position of Technical Support Specialist, managing a team and providing valuable input for policy and process changes.

In 2014, Anish joined Incinque Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they served as a Technical Support Manager, responsible for call flow standards, team performance, and analysis of process dashboards. Anish was later promoted to Senior Technical Support Manager, overseeing the implementation of enterprise policies, setting business goals for the Tech Support team, and conducting outlier management. As the AVP of Operations, they focused on business process improvement through Six Sigma activities, analyzed and reported on performance trends, and facilitated smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.

In 2021, Anish joined Zscaler as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed customer service operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations - Global at Best Bay Logistics since September 2022, responsible for overseeing operations on a global scale.

Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Sant Longowal Institute of Engg. & Tech., Longowal, from 1999 to 2003.
