Dia Draper has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dia began their career as an Attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in 2006 and later moved to Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell in 2010. In 2012, they co-founded Nomad Yoga, LLC, where they taught yoga and stress-reduction programs to corporate clients. In 2011, they founded Illumination Coaching, offering individual coaching and workshops with a focus on spiritual counseling and meditation consulting. In 2014, they became the CEO and Founder of Workplace Evolved, Inc., which provides neuroscience-based leadership programs, coaching, and wellness initiatives for organizations. Since 2017, they have served as the Director of Attorney Development & Recruiting at Best Best & Krieger LLP, where they focus on supporting the development and success of their attorneys. Dia Draper has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Yale University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Dia later pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they completed a Coaching Certificate at CTI Coach Training from 2011 to 2013.
