Deepak Chadha is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering - Commerce Experience and Platform at Best Buy since June 2012. Deepak has successfully built teams focused on enhancing customer purchase experiences through personalization, utilizing Machine Learning techniques. Prior roles at Best Buy include Director of Engineering - Contextual Commerce and Senior Engineering Manager - Inventory. Before joining Best Buy, Deepak was a Senior Technical Development Manager at Digital River, managing global teams and overseeing technical development for the Consumer Electronics vertical. Additional experience includes positions at Wells Fargo Bank, Express Scripts, and St. Paul Travelers, with a strong foundation in Java/J2EE development and Agile methodologies.
