Naz Larya is an experienced design and product management professional with a strong background in user experience and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Experience Design Lead at Best Buy since September 2021, Naz introduced a discovery process that revitalized a 20-year-old supply chain system, achieving significant savings and improved forecast accuracy. Previously, at Strive Digital, Naz led a team in enhancing communication and product strategy through a new task management system, while experience at One North Interactive involved providing UX leadership across various industries. Early career roles include UI/UX Designer at Ceannate Corp., where user-centered designs were developed, and positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Loyola University Chicago as well as an IT Intern at CNA Insurance. Naz holds a degree from Loyola University Chicago and attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
