Jesse Torres

Jesse Torres is the Chief Administrative Officer at Best Contracting Services, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Jesse started their career as an editor in chief for Entrepreneur Hideout. Jesse then became a consultant for Independent Consultant and provided consulting services to community banks. In October 2018, they joined First Commercial Bank (USA) as the Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer.

During their time at First Commercial Bank, Jesse was responsible for providing consulting services to community banks based on their 20 years of bank leadership experience. Their areas of expertise include risk management/audit, information security, business development (deposit and loans), operations/mobile banking, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering compliance, marketing/public relations, and training.

In March 2020, Jesse left First Commercial Bank to join Best Contracting Services, Inc. as the Chief Administrative Officer.

Jesse Torres has a MDE in Entreprenuership from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a professional certificate in Pacific Coast Banking School from University of Washington, a BA in Political Science from University of California, Los Angeles, and a nonprofit organization management certificate from Riordan Leadership Institute. Jesse also has a sequential program in information security from UCLA Extension, a professional blockchain technology certificate from Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, a professional data science certificate from The Johns Hopkins University, a professional Python programming certificate from University of Michigan, and a professional regulatory compliance certificate from University of Pennsylvania.
