Julien Hector

Julien Hector is an accomplished professional in international relations, currently serving as a Diplomacy Fellow at Best Delegate Model United Nations since January 2021. Julien's experience includes the Henry Wallace Fellowship at the Institute for Policy Studies and a CSIS Policy Fellowship at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Additionally, Julien has worked as a Teaching Assistant at American University and held various roles at the Latin America Working Group, U.S. House of Representatives, and the United States House Foreign Affairs Committee. Prior experience includes leadership positions with the International Model United Nations Association and a Field Organizer role with the Democratic Party of Georgia. Julien's early exposure to international diplomacy began with an internship at the Permanent Mission of Sri Lanka to the United Nations. Julien holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University.
