Andrew Trksak

Andrew Trksak has had extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Andrew started their career at TMC in 2005 as a Content Developer and eventually became the Manager of Content Development. Andrew was responsible for managing research and development projects and creating learning solutions. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Manager of Research and Product Development, where they worked with clients and consultants to design new applications and features. From 2011 to 2012, they took on the role of Senior User Experience Architect, focusing on the end-user experience for TMC products.

In 2013, Trksak joined Barclaycard as the Website Experience & Optimization Manager, where they led agile development teams and improved the user experience of the servicing website. Andrew later became the AVP, Digital Platforms Lead Product Owner, overseeing the servicing website and mobile website. Andrew managed the relationship with customer care agents and identified areas of opportunity for improvement in the customer experience.

Trksak then moved to Thrive TRM in 2017 as the Director of Product Management. Andrew was responsible for overseeing product development, shaping the user experience, and aligning the product team with strategic goals.

In 2018, Trksak joined PayPal as a Senior Product Manager, where they oversaw the acquisition and servicing customer experience for various products. Andrew worked with development teams and stakeholders to define requirements and finalize solutions for implementation.

Most recently, in 2022, Trksak joined Best Egg as the Director of Product Growth. The details of their role at this company have yet to be specified.

Andrew Trksak attended Rutgers University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
