John “Jack” Byrne

John Long is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Berlin Packaging as of October 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles in the IT sector. Previously, John served as a System Engineer at Vital Proteins, where responsibilities included migrating the company's infrastructure following its acquisition by Nestle Health Science. John's earlier positions include IT Analyst at Mechdyne Corporation, where technical support was provided to clients, and Integration Lead Tech Tier II-III at Zones, Inc., focusing on hardware and software provisioning. John also gained experience as a Project Designer at W-T Engineering, creating detailed plans using AutoCAD, and as a Web Designer/Help Desk Intern at Severity Design, where foundational knowledge in web design was developed. John Long is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Arizona State University and holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Elgin Community College.
