Nate Kaemingk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nate started their career at Haggen, Inc. where they held positions as an Assistant Department Manager, Cashier, and Person In Charge. Nate then worked at PACCAR as a Senior Powertrain Systems Engineer, utilizing inferential statistics modeling to improve warranty performance. At Foremost LLC and Dan's Automotive LLC, Nate served as the Owner and Business Manager, overseeing finances, customer relations, and marketing, achieving 100% growth annually.
Nate joined Cummins Inc. in 2012, initially as a Resident Team Lead for Diesel Emissions Controls, consulting on engine technology and acting as a liaison with customers. Nate later became the Global Off-Highway Product Planning Manager and Controls Technical Advisor, where they managed a $20 billion product pipeline and developed various market value driver models. During their time at Cummins, Nate brokered a joint technology investment deal and introduced over $200 million in global product plans.
In 2017, Nate co-founded Better Forecasting, a company focused on using AI and ML technologies to help businesses improve financial forecasting and decision-making. Nate also worked as a Business Writer for Small Business Decisions, providing tools and resources for small business owners.
More recently, Nate held leadership positions as the Chief Financial Officer at Facility Improvement Corporation and Best Practice Medicine. Nate also served as a Speaker at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., conducting workshops on forecasting inflation and recession for business leaders.
Throughout their career, Nate has demonstrated strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to apply statistical inference and optimization to drive business success.
Nate Kaemingk holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from Western Washington University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Baccalaureate of Sciences in Engineering Technology from the same university between 2003 and 2006. Nate also completed their high school education at Lynden High School in 2003, where they earned their High School Diploma. Additionally, they attended Whatcom Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Mathematics and Physics.
