Mike Broughton

Mike Broughton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managerial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Aftermarket Service Support Manager at BEST Pump and Flow since June 2021, Mike previously held significant positions, including Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager at Weir Oil and Gas from April 2011 to August 2020, and Materials Manager at Novatech, LLC from March 2003 to April 2011. Additional expertise includes serving as Materials Manager at Pratt & Whitney and Operations Supervisor and Engineering Specialist at Baker Hughes, a GE company. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and Operations and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership, both from Southern Nazarene University, along with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Rogers State University.
