Sakti Imansyah has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Front Office Manager at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts since December 2019, after progressing through roles including Assistant Front Office Manager and Duty Manager. Prior experience includes Front Office Supervisor at Manage by Archieplago International Hotel, where responsibilities involved managing hotel revenue and financial reporting, as well as positions at El Cavana Hotel and The Papandayan, focusing on guest satisfaction and concierge services. Earlier career experience includes working as a Dispatcher for BlueBird Transportation, coordinating transportation needs for a major company in Indonesia. Sakti holds an AMD degree in Food and Beverage Service from LPTP Panghegar University.
