Rafael Karimov

Rafael Karimov is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Since August 2009, Rafael has served as the Director of the Software Development Department and as an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst at BestComp Group. Prior to this role, Rafael was the Head of the IT Project Department at AZTECH for a brief period in early 2009 and held the position of IT Project Manager at Azerbaijan Technologies from December 2005 to January 2009. Rafael's earlier experience includes working as a Software Support Engineer at Baker Hughes INTEQ from August 2003 to November 2005. Rafael is a SAP Certified Consultant and a Microsoft Certified Navision (ERP) Professional. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Information Technologies, System Programming and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies, Programming, Applied Mathematics, and Cybernetics, both obtained from Baku State University.
