Ariful Islam

Ariful Islam has a total of 18 years of work experience in the field of IT. Ariful started their career at Sigma Technologies BD in 2001 as a Computer System Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing, constructing, installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems, as well as ensuring system security and data assurance. In 2011, they joined TEXIMCO(BD) LIMITED as an IT Manager, where they provided timely feedback to senior management on performance, liaised with the management team and clients to understand their IT needs, ensured contractual service levels were met, and developed and implemented new administrative systems. In 2018, they joined Bestinet Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Manager (Technical Support Dhaka, Bangladesh). Overall, Ariful has a strong background in IT management and technical support.

Ariful Islam's education history begins in 2000 when they attended CCS and obtained their High School degree. During this time, they studied subjects such as Theory of Computer Science, Practical Problem-solving and Programming, and Mathematics, among others. From 2004 to 2007, Ariful pursued an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from BTEB. In parallel, from 2005 to 2006, they also received professional training at RING TECH, where they focused on Modulation Techniques including AM, FM, GSM, CDMA, as well as Cisco routing devices, Huawei BTS, Ericsson RBS, and Microwave technologies. Finally, from 2007 to 2011, they attended the Asian University of Bangladesh to obtain their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA).
