Manfred Welt

Manfred Welt has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Manfred started their career at Galeria Kaufhof GmbH in 2008, where they held various roles including Geschäftsführer and Geschäftsführer-Trainee. In these positions, they were responsible for strategic and operational management of a department store, including staff management, marketing, cost control, and project management. Manfred also played a key role in the merger between Karstadt and Kaufhof. Manfred Welt joined BestSecret Group in 2019 and currently holds the position of Director Retail Operations, overseeing the company's retail operations.

Manfred Welt attended AKAD Düsseldorf from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a Zertifikatsstudium BWL (Certificate Program in Business Administration). Their field of study focused on Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration).
