Sofie Novak Hansen has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Sofie started their career at Compass Human Resources Group in Denmark, working as a Research Assistant from January 2013 to February 2014, and then as an Executive Assistant from March 2014 to April 2016. Sofie later joined Bestseller in May 2016 as a Business Partner - IT, responsible for two Bestseller brands and all European markets. From October 2018 to February 2021, they worked as a Project Manager - Business Development at Bestseller. Following that, they became the Manager, Inbound Flow and Planning at Bestseller from February 2021 to September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Flow of Goods at Bestseller Logistic, where they manage five teams with 70 employees, overseeing the end-to-end flow of goods from inbound supply to outbound demand in Europe.
Sofie Novak Hansen's education history began in 2006 when they enrolled as an STX student at Rosborg Gymnasium og HF. Sofie completed their secondary education at this institution in 2009. Afterward, they attended Aarhus University from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Communication degree with a specialization in International Business Communication. Following their undergraduate studies, Sofie pursued a Master's Degree in Corporate Communication from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, which they completed between 2013 and 2015. Lastly, they extended their education from 2015 to 2017, earning an HD1 / Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University.
