Karen Goodwin

Karen Goodwin has extensive work experience in project management and creative services within the media industry. Karen currently holds the position of Senior Director of Project Management / Brand Creative at BET, where they have been since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Project Management / Brand Creative at BET from 2020 to 2024. Before joining BET, Karen worked as the Executive Producer at PILOT from 2014 to 2020. Karen also served as a Project Management Consultant for BBC America, SundanceTV, and Syfy from 2011 to 2014. Karen held various roles within the creative services department at Food Network from 1998 to 2011, including Vice President of Brand Creative & Production, Director of Special Projects & Production, Director of Production & Operations, Production Manager, and Production Coordinator. Karen began their career as a Production Coordinator for On-Air Promotions at Disney Channel from 1995 to 1998. Karen's early experience includes working as an Assistant to EVP Production at Stephen J Cannell Productions from 1993 to 1995.

Karen Goodwin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from Ithaca College between the years 1988 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended E.O. Smith High School from 1984 to 1988.
