Shai Weiss

Shai Weiss is an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing, business development, and consulting. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for MRO & Special Projects at Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd. since May 2014, Shai has also held the role of Senior Business Consultant at MarkConn Consulting since February 2005. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at Star Defense Systems Ltd. (June 2010 - April 2014) and business development manager at Heronis (July 2006 - June 2010). Shai served as an economist in the Israel Airforce from February 1998 to November 2004, achieving the rank of Captain. Academically, Shai holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
