Sebastian Fiorenza

Sebastian Fiorenza has been serving as an IT Application Support Analyst at Beta 80 Group since July 2014, where responsibilities include first-level application support, troubleshooting, and managing IT operation reports for the client EOLO, as well as provisioning management for Fastweb. Prior to this role, Sebastian worked as an Operatore Network, handling email management and technician organization within Fastweb's Network Management Center, and as an Operatore Network Monitoring, focused on monitoring and reporting environmental alarms for Fastweb's network. Sebastian's earlier experience includes an internship at Bayer, where tasks involved creating an Excel workbook for software research and supporting the IT maintenance manager. Sebastian holds an education from I.T.I.S. S. Cannizzaro, completed in 2014.
