David Henderson

David Henderson has over 16 years of work experience in various roles within the operations and manufacturing fields. David began their career as an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer at Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America, where they worked on design and testing projects. David then moved on to O'Neil Product Development as a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, overseeing cost reduction and quality improvement programs. Following that, they worked as a Senior Lean Engineer at ev3 / Covidien, implementing lean principles and leading cross-functional improvement projects. At Covidien, they held the positions of an Operations Manager and an Operational Excellence Manager, where they managed operational activities and drove continuous improvement initiatives. David then joined Tandem Diabetes Care as a Sr. Production Manager, overseeing manufacturing operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to their current role, they worked at ReShape Medical, Inc. as an Operations Manager, responsible for supply chain management, production, and inventory control. Currently, David holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Beta Bionics since April 2020.

David Henderson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University between the years 1999 and 2003.
