Mateo Zapata Caraballo

Mateo Zapata Caraballo is a highly Experienced software engineer currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at EPAM Systems since September 2021, also contributing as a technical interviewer and committee expert. In addition, Mateo is a Tech Mentor at BeTek, guiding backend development education at a leading coding bootcamp. Previously, Mateo held roles at Globant, focusing on backend development for Metromile utilizing Java and microservices, and at Ceiba Software as a Java Developer.
