Samantha Herlands

Samantha Herlands has extensive experience in education and mental health support, currently serving as the Assistant Director at Beth El Synagogue Center since June 2014, where responsibilities include managing day camp operations and marketing strategies. Prior experiences include roles such as a Tennis Instructor for children, Student Leader at Binghamton University overseeing student development programs, Peer Call Handler providing support to distressed students, and Founder of a multicultural education course aimed at enhancing diversity awareness. Additionally, Samantha's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University and ongoing pursuit of a Doctor of Psychology in School Psychology from St. John's University, complemented by volunteer work in therapeutic settings and roles as a Teaching Assistant in both Education and Psychology departments.
