Sumit Gaurav

Sumit Gaurav is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in HR technology and analytics. Currently serving as the Executive Director of HR Technology & Analytics at Beth Israel Lahey Health since January 2021, Sumit previously held various roles within the organization, including Director of HR Systems and Workday Workstream Lead. With a strong background as a Subject Matter Expert in PeopleSoft CoreHR, Benefits, and Payroll at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Sumit has also worked as a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant at The World Bank and Ernst & Young. Sumit began a career with a foundation in PeopleSoft consulting at Oracle and iGATE Global Solutions. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Leading People and Organization from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from VTU.
