Christi Wicks

Christi Wicks is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of psychology and education, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Title IX Coordinator at Bethany College since April 2019, while also holding the position of Director of Student Success. Additionally, Christi serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Fort Hays State University. Previous experience includes working as an Early Childhood Consultant at Childcare Aware of Kansas, where guidance was provided for healthy social and emotional development in childcare settings, and as a Childcare Surveyor and Healthy Start Home Visitor at the Dickinson County Health Department, focusing on compliance and support for childcare facilities and families. Christi is on track to earn a PhD in Psychology with an Emphasis in Cognition and Learning from Grand Canyon University by October 2024, holding both a Master of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fort Hays State University.
