Teylar Greer

Teylar Greer currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Reconciliation and Justice and the Associate Director of the Ministry of Racial Justice and Reconciliation at Bethany Community Church since January 2021. Prior to this role, Teylar was the Executive Assistant to the Vice Provost for Inclusive Excellence at Seattle Pacific University from September 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and promoting diversity and inclusion on campus. Teylar's earlier experience includes serving as a Case Manager and Children's Program Coordinator at Seattle's Union Gospel Mission from September 2009 to March 2017, focusing on support for women in recovery and facilitating trauma-informed programs for youth. Teylar holds a Bachelor's degree in Music from Seattle Pacific University (2005-2009) and completed studies at Seattle Pacific Seminary from 2013 to 2017.
